Anyone participating in athletics during the 2024-25 school year must meet the following criteria before they may begin practice: 

1. If the athlete will be in Grades 7 or 10, or has never participated in athletics in the Yankton School District but plan to participate in the 2024-2025 school year, a guardian and student must: 

              a. Complete the Physical Form and sign up for the activity on Infinite Campus.

              b. Have a physical taken at a licensed health care provider of your choice and have them fill out the physical part of the form.       

          * This must be done before any participation begins. 

2. Complete the Activity Registration on Infinite Campus. Instructions can be found by clicking the graphic.
