
Rainy day recess fun!





Thank you to Dr. Withrow, Yankton Medical Clinic, Rotary, YPD, and ACE Hardware for a great bike safety assembly. 2nd grade loves our new bike helmets.





The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Early Childhood Development Center that was scheduled for today has been postponed. The new date and time will be released as soon as it is confirmed.


Mrs. Sayler’s 5th graders (Beadle) presented their social studies group project posters.





Beautiful spring weather, a class party, and the cutest doggos! Mrs. Wuebben’s first graders have been begging to meet her long haired dachshunds, Chewie and Hazel. Their wishes finally came true!





These amazing students continue to show good character and make positive choices! Congratulations to all of Beadle's Good Character Award Winners for this week! Keep up the great work!


Kindergarten at Beadle took full advantage of the beautiful outdoor classroom this week using there creativity, decorating the sidewalks and getting some extra recess time in!




What a day in K! Mrs. Frick's Kindergarteners at Beadle had a "Morning With Me!" Where each student could bring in someone special to see what our day is like, to show off all their hard work displayed in the room, along with a "Writers Round Table!" So proud of them🤩

Miss Hutchison’s first graders at Beadle Elementary had fun celebrating Easter early by measuring with jelly beans and making S’mores with peeps 🐥





Happy Easter from Mrs.Herrboldt’s Third Grade! Our friend, Duke, helped us experiment in science. We dyed different types of eggs and found out that hard boiled eggs work best!




April is Child Abuse Prevention month and the Beadle Student Council had so much fun designing and creating this entry in YPD's Child Abuse Prevention display competition. We appreciate all the time and work they put into their display! Great job, Beadle Bugs!



Mrs. Vlasman's Beadle 2nd graders had fun writing and mailing friendly letters.




Mrs. Frick's kindergartners at Beadle want to wish you all a Happy Easter! We spent the short week getting in the spirit with egg counting, puzzle time, building Easter sentences and you can't forget the egg hunt;) Thanks to our amazing families, for making the hunt possible ♥️





5th graders received a visit from Mrs. Hanson who works at the Lewis & Clark Visitor Center during the summer. She brought an eagle for students to see up close.
We have been watching the Dacorah eagle cam and are anxiously awaiting the hatching of two eggs.





Mrs. Wuebben and some first graders took advantage of the nice weather and played some basketball together!





Yankton School District is approaching the groundbreaking date of the new Early Childhood Development Center, which means we are ready to begin the exciting process of naming the building!
