2nd grade students at Stewart Elementary took a walk to Memorial Park to visit the Veteran’s Trail to learn more about our local heros 🇺🇸

There will be no school for Yankton Public School students on Thursday, November 11, in observance of Veteran’s Day. Classes will resume on Friday, November 12.

Mrs.Binde’s class had a praying mantis fly right into their classroom! They have been observing and learning all about the interesting insect. They LOVE to watch it eat!

Stewart Stars completed their practice 5K run for Girls on the Run! Nice work ladies!



An in-service program for Yankton School District teachers and staff will be held tomorrow, Friday, October 22 There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on that day. School will resume on Monday, October 25.
