The Webster Winners held a cereal drive for the Food for Thought program. After only 5 days, they collected 591 boxes of cereal to donate! Thanks to all who were able to help...this was a valuable lesson for our students: helping others in need when we can. Pay it forward!
A one-day in-service day for Yankton School District teachers will be held on Monday, April 4. There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on this day.

Ag in the Classroom and two local farmers visited Webster's 4th graders. They taught students about the farming involved to make a pizza and other food items. Students enjoyed a taste (pizza, cheese and pudding) after! We appreciate the collaboration with our local entities!

Due to the forecasted wind chills in the early morning, Yankton School District will have a 10:00 AM late start tomorrow, Wednesday, February 23. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately one and a half hours later than their normally scheduled time.
These Webster students made history today as they were selected for Caught Being Good on "Twosday". Pretty cool number's palindrome (2/22/22) that won't happen again until the year 2422 (2/22/22).
4th graders at Webster took part in Junior Achievement this year. Our JA volunteer, Brenda Moore, was from Sioux Falls and works at TSP. Since she was from Sioux Falls, we decided to do lessons by Zoom. We appreciate Mrs. Moore giving her time to teach us the basics of business.
