Mrs. Lukkes's 5th graders at Webster created a model ocean to observe how salt seems to completely vanish when dissolved in water. Students then graphed quantities of the water and salt to provide evidence that the salt still weighs the same amount even if they can't see it.

Anyone age 6 months and older can receive a free flu shot at the Yankton High School Auxiliary Gym at 1801 Summit Street on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This flu clinic is sponsored and operated by the Emergency Management of Yankton County and Yankton/Bon Homme POD.
