The final day of classes for students in all grades prior to Christmas Vacation will be on Tuesday, December 21 and will be an early dismissal at 2:00 pm.
JrK-12th grade will be dismissed at 2:00 pm and buses will run accordingly. There will be no PM Preschool classes at Webster School or PM Early Intervention Preschool at Stewart School. Classes will resume on Monday, January 3, 2022.
Yankton School District will have an early release today at 2:30 pm due to updated weather information via a webinar for schools with the National Weather Service. There will be PM Preschool at Webster and Early Childhood Preschool at Stewart. Students in Preschool through twelfth grade will be released at 2:30 pm. Buses will run accordingly.
Due to visibility concerns with the dense fog, Yankton School District will have a 10:00 AM late start today, Wednesday, December 15. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately one and a half hours later than their normally scheduled time.

Due to the forecasted winter storm moving into the area and being in a winter storm warning with much of the accumulating snow occurring during the school day, Yankton School District is canceling school and all activities for tomorrow, Friday, December 10. There is no school and no activities tomorrow.

Webster School participated in the Scripps Spelling Bee last night. We are so proud of all these brave students who were courageous enough to participate! Also, a special congrats to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners who will move on to the regional competition.
Stewart's Girls on the Run had an AWESOME season! They completed important lessons, successfully ran a 5K and spread joy with their community impact project. Way to show your Star Power!
