We kicked-off Read Across America a little early with our "Ready to Read" event where family visited our classroom to listen to us read. We also invited our 4th grade buddies to watch Cat in the Hat and eat Dr. Seuss "Soup". Thank you so much to all who helped us celebrate!!

We earned lunch in our classroom for our classroom bucket filler reward. Even with a messy menu (taverns) we did a great job keeping the classroom clean and using our manners. Super work kindergarten!!

The kindergarten students from Lincoln Elementary School enjoyed a visit from Mrs. Hanson. She is Park Ranger from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She shared South Dakota animals and their furs. We had fun!
