Mrs. Schaeffer's Second Graders are off to a fun start for homecoming week! Monday was hat day for these Stewart Stars!

These Second Grade Stewart Stars learned about bus safety and even got to take a little practice ride. They were respectful, responsible, and safe!

It was a spook-tacular day in Mrs. Johnson's 4th grade class at Stewart, filled with nothing but pumpkins, big smiles, and tons of learning! 🎉 We were thrilled to have Ms. Isabelle Sutera, a Senior at Yankton High School, who is participating in an exciting class called "Internship." This program lets students dive into their dream professions, and lucky for us, Ms. Sutera is an aspiring teacher! 🍎
For the past four weeks, she’s been bringing sunshine and warmth to our classroom during morning meetings and ELA. ☀️ Today, she knocked it out of the park with a fall-themed lesson she worked hard to prepare! 🍂 Ms. Sutera’s creativity and dedication shined as she engaged the class with pumpkin-themed fun, learning activities, and a whole lot of fall spirit! 🎃✨
We're beyond grateful to have her spreading the joy of learning with us, and the 4th graders can't wait for more! 😊📚

🌟🚍 Yesterday was all about bus safety for our second graders! They learned important rules and the reasons behind our safety procedures. The highlight? They got to ride the bus! 🎉 What a fun and educational experience!
