There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on Monday, February 15, in observance of President’s Day.
A one-day in-service program for Yankton School District teachers will be held on Tuesday, February 16. There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on this day as well. School will resume on Wednesday, February 17.
Do you have a child that will be 5 by September 1? Registration for JrK and Kindergarten opens on February 8. Pick up a packet at any of the elementary buildings.
Due to the inclement weather, Yankton School District will have a 10:00 AM late start today, Thursday, February 4. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately one and a half hours later than normally scheduled time.

Congratulations to Mrs. Angela Larson! Mrs. Larson received the Encore award from the South Dakota American Choral Directors Association . The award is given to one member of the organization each year and is based on the director's overall contributions and achievements in the choral field in the state.
