
The Bucks played with the Rough Riders for 3 quarters tonight, but Roosevelt pulled away in the 4th and won 61-42. The Bucks will have some time to prepare for their next two games which will be back to back trips- Friday 1/26 to Brandon and Saturday 1/27 to Douglas. GO BUCKS!!!

Students in Mrs. Ladwig's Introduction to Education class participated in four small panels that included thirteen different educators from the district. Students were able to ask questions about the world of education! Thank you to all the professionals who came!

Due to the forecasted snow and high wind gusts with blowing snow causing poor visibility, Yankton School District will have an early release today, Thursday, January 18, at 12:00 pm. There will be no PM Early Intervention at Stewart and no PM Preschool at Webster. Preschool conferences for this afternoon and evening and elementary parent-teacher conferences for tonight are postponed. Buses will run accordingly.

The weather forecast indicates the temperatures improving mid-morning and throughout the day. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately two hours later than their normally scheduled time. The Yankton Boys BB Games vs. O’Gorman scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 13 have been POSTPONED until Monday, Jan. 29. This will not be a double header on that date. Varsity tip-off will be at 7:00pm.

There will be no school at Yankton School District 63-3 on Monday, January 15, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 16.
